Books/Blogs I loved

I read a lot and I read a lot more now than I used to. Below is a listing of books that I’ve read and loved. Some are traditional cookbooks, while others are autobiography and others are just purely informational. I’ll also include some blog posts that I think are extremely helpful in explaining things. The best thing you can to do to arm yourself in the kitchen, is to gain knowledge. I’m constantly researching techniques, methods, ingredients, recipes, etc. Knowledge is power!

I’m linking to Amazon just so you know exactly which book I’m talking about and you can purchase it, if desired. I am not an Amazon affiliate (not allowed in Missouri) and received no compensation if you choose to purchase.

However, I recommend you put them on hold at your local library rather than buying.
